Specialty Service
Tub-to-shower conversions for Orlando homes.
Most homeowners don't use the second tub. We convert it into a walk-in or curbless shower with proper waterproofing, slope-to-drain mortar bed, and frameless glass.
What's Included
Scope and inclusions, in plain language.
We don't write surprise line items into the contract. Here's what the scope covers — written up front so the final invoice matches the estimate.
- Bathtub demolition and removal
- Subfloor inspection and rot repair if needed
- Schluter Kerdi waterproofing membrane
- Slope-to-drain mortar bed
- Linear or center drain installation
- Tile, stone, or solid-surface walls
- Frameless glass enclosure or curbless entry
- Niche, bench, and grab-bar reinforcement
- New shower valve and trim
- Permit pulling and final inspection
How We Work
A predictable, five-step process from kitchen-table to keys-back.
Most homeowners are nervous about remodels because the process is opaque. Ours isn't.
- 01
Free in-home consultation
We meet at your home, walk the space, listen to what you want, and give you an honest read on scope and approach — not a pitch.
- 02
Design and selections
If we're a fit, our designer produces a complete scope and a fixed-price contract. Cabinets, counters, tile, fixtures, hardware, and paint are locked before any demo.
- 03
Permits and prep
We pull every permit through the relevant building department, set up dust containment, and protect floors and adjacent rooms.
- 04
Build
One project manager, one fixed price, one source of communication. Permits pulled, dust controlled, your home protected. We work clean.
- 05
Walkthrough and warranty
We hand you a punch-list-clean project, registered manufacturer warranties, and a workmanship warranty on everything we built.
